Finding the right fit for a swimsuit can be tricky! Please do not hesitate to reach out for sizing inquiries prior to your purchase. You can email me at TL@HELLATL.COM.  

Please refer to our Size Chart for accurate sizing and measuring, before placing your order.

Your swimsuit is so incredibly unique. I created this swimsuit based on YOUR picks- fabrics, designs, measurments, EVERYTHING. Therefore, all sales are final. 

Returns for refund are not given under any circumstance as our policy is Store Credit Only. These items are all handmade to your size. If your suit does not fit quite right, I am happy to exchange any unworn swimsuit with tags attached in the same fabric/style for a different size. (Please note that sometimes fabrics may not be available.) Only one exchange per order. Changing an order due to a fabric choice or style will not be accepted. Please contact me within TWO DAYS of receiving your purchase if there is a size issue. Hella TL will only accept returns that have been unworn, unwashed, unused with tags attached. If a swimsuit has signs of wear, odor, makeup stains, deodorant, washing or any other indication of unlike-new condition, I have the right to refuse the return. Customer pays return shipping costs. 

Cancellation Policy: Once an order has been placed, the sale is final. Refunds will not be issued as I try to start orders as soon as receiving them. This means that you get your order faster, yay!

Damages/Quality: If for any reason there is an issue, please contact me immediately so we can resolve any issues.  Please inspect your swimsuit immediately upon receipt to ensure that your order is correct, undamaged, and free of noticeable defects. 

 Hella TL is not responsible for any lost packages. We ship through USPS. We do provide tracking, so if your package is delivered to the address you provided upon checkout, we cannot be responsible if it gets lost or stolen or delivered to an incorrect address that was provided. Please file a missing package claim through your local post office.  Due to delays and current issues worldwide with shipping, We reserve the right to wait four weeks until the package has arrived. If an item is determined undeliverable and it gets shipped back to me, an additional shipping fee will be issued.  Please ensure that you have provided the correct and most up-to-date address for your order. Once it has been placed and the shipment is sent, I cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery.
